Stamp on Dikshitar A commemorative stamp was
issued on Muthuswami Dikshitar (the youngest of the Music Trinity) on 18 March
1976, on the conclusion of the year-long celebration of the bicentenary of his
birth. It was in the denomination of 25 (paise), colour: blue-grey, perf.
13-1/2 x 14. It was printed by photogravure process on unwater-marked adhesive
stamp paper at the India Security Press, Nasik.
