Join Our Faculty — Violin Tutor (Carnatic Music)

Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society (SIFAS), Singapore’s pioneer institution, invites qualified individuals to join our faculty as a Carnatic Violin Tutor.

For over 75 years, SIFAS has nurtured generations of artists through structured learning in Indian classical arts, encompassing 18 disciplines that celebrate India’s rich cultural diversity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree / Diploma / Post Diploma in Carnatic Violin from a recognised university or institute

• All India Radio or Doordarshan grading preferred

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (qualified fresh graduates may also apply)

• Ability to teach across an 8-year structured curriculum

• Comfortable using computers and online learning tools

• Fluency in English and multiple Indian languages is mandatory

• A dedicated, team-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a passion for teaching
